The GTP is a strategic development tool to build professionals that are capable of becoming Tenaris’s future leaders. Throughout your two years in the Program, you will have the chance to grow in a culturally diverse environment. You will acquire Tenaris’s industrial background and fundamental values through direct contact with and work in our mills.
Around the world, we are looking for recent university graduates and junior professionals who are interested in taking part in our program. We seek candidates with strong business management skills, passion for industrial business, leadership skills and emotional intelligence, customer focus and a drive for results. Tenaris Global Trainees must have the ability to work efficiently in teams to promote knowledge sharing. They should also be able to manage the complexities of working in a dynamic company that operates on six continents. To succeed in the GTP and in Tenaris, a global mindset is key.
