Dopeless® technology is a dry, multi-layer coating which is applied through a controlled industrial process.
Originally developed in response to stringent environmental requirements for offshore operations, this application guarantees the appropriate amount of lubricant and ensures the consistency of the coating and connection performance, lasting throughout the string's entire life cycle.
With this option, connections become rig-ready, avoiding the possibility of operational problems associated with over-running compound, providing ease of handling, preparation and installation to reduce risks and costs.
Our Dopeless® technology is available for a wide range of casing and tubing dimensional ranges, common carbon (both API and proprietary), 13Cr, and Corrosion resistance alloys ( CRA’s ).
