continually improves its effectiveness in accordance with the applicable reference standards.
In addition to achieving QS 9000 certification in 1997, in November 2003 some of the Tenaris automotive products manufacturing centers received the ISO TS16949 certification.
In our fully integrated manufacturing process, steelmaking, tube rolling, cold drawing, heat treatments and tubular parts processing, we focus on designing tailor-made products which can meet the needs of our customers for longer product life, weight reduction, better mechanical properties and cutback in costs.
Tenaris offers its customers tailored services thanks to its worldwide service centers - some of which dedicated to exclusively serve the automotive sector in Europe, North and South America, in some cases close to the customer’s manufacturing plant - and to its logistic platforms and component centers.
