Standard Mechanical tubing

Tenaris produces hot rolled and cold drawn seamless precision tubes in a wide dimensional range used for mechanical and general engineering applications. The tubes are supplied guaranteeing optimum dimensional tolerances and can be provided in different final heat treatment conditions. Tenaris´s products include seamless tubes specifically produced for machining (Hollow Bars) and a new range of hot rolled tubes (TAM® Plus), designed to better meet the needs of the industrial sector.

Hollow Bars, made of easily weldable fine grain steel, guarantee the machinability of surfaces without defects with minimum weight loss due to turning and allow reaching greater cutting speeds and longer tooling life. TAM® Plus has characteristics superior to standard tubes for mechanical applications in terms of straightness, machinability and concentricity.
