TenarisDalmine produces tapered poles, poles for overhead power lines and gantry legs. Seamless tapered poles are hot-drawn and find applications in rail traction and tramlines.

The poles are manufactured according to either the Italian State Railway’s TE/64 Technical Norm, specific technical requirements agreed upon when ordering, or Dalmine’s specifications. By being produced in one piece from a seamless tube, complete certainty that real-life behavior under load will correspond perfectly to the calculus prediction is ensured.
