Tenaris announced on July 20, 2026, that it will donate $50,000 toward the construction of the Aquatics Center of Matagorda County. The Aquatics Center represents an important step in the county's long-term vision to enhance wellness and recreational opportunities for residents.
Tenaris has completed the installation of two new photovoltaic plants at its Sabbio Bergamasco and Arcore facilities in Italy, further contributing towards Tenaris’s target to reduce CO₂ emissions by 30% by 2030, compared to 2018 levels.
For Alix Aké Kob, Heat Treatment Specialist at Tenaris’s industrial center in Veracruz, Mexico, five years at the company already feels like a journey across processes, plants and perspectives. In 2021, Tenaris set a medium-term target to reduce the CO₂ intensity of our operations by 30% by 2030, compared to a 2018 baseline. We are pursuing this target by using a higher proportion of recycled steel scrap in the metallic mix and by making investments to increase energy efficiency and the use of renewable energy in our energy requirements.
