For those employees that join the company above the Global Trainee level, the International Orientation Program serves as an introduction to Tenaris. During the program, classroom presentations and plant visits that introduce participants to Tenaris’s production processes are complemented by presentations and discussions on other core corporate functions.

The one-week program is held four times a year at Tenaris’s plants in Argentina, Mexico and Italy.
