All young professionals enrolled in the Global Trainee Program kick off the two-year training and development initiative with the Induction Camp.

During one month, participants from all over the world gather in Argentina to learn about the company’s fundamentals and accelerate their development.  Classroom lectures combined with case studies, group projects, interactive e-learning modules, visits to production facilities and outdoor activities make up the Induction Camp’s curriculum.

More than 70 instructors, mostly Tenaris managers and directors, teach the Induction Camp and our CEO participates once per edition, taking questions from new recruits. External consultants and professors provide further instruction including topics such as industry trends and management skills.

In order to host the Induction Camp and other Tenaris Global Programs, Tenaris is building a special campus adjacent to the Company’s plant in Campana, Argentina. The construction of the new facility will be completed by the end of 2007.
