To guide the development and implementation of training throughout Tenaris, TenarisUniversity has created six Schools.

While each School develops introductory courses for employees worldwide, the majority of each School’s curriculum consists of a series of increasingly complex modules –delivered in a variety of formats-, that build employees’ capacity to perform their current jobs and take on more complex assignments.
