The Technical School coordinates training for the mill workers and shift leaders at Tenaris. Courses are taught in all seven of the main languages used at Tenaris and global content is complemented by mill-specific training.

Courses, which are assigned to employees based on their development plan, include subjects such as: Production Processes Fundamentals; Equipment Operation; Health, Safety and Environment; Maintenance; Inspection; Products; Quality; and IT, among others.
