We make a special effort to balance our need for specialization (this is the career point when employees gain professional depth) with our single company concept (regardless of job descriptions and geographies we're all part of the same company). A core cluster of training programs is provided to all Global Trainees to support them while a diverse set of specific learning experiences is designed for each of the captioned job families.

We recruit degree holders from many academic backgrounds, but we are particularly interested in those passionate about technology and innovation, and quality and efficiency, since these are the features that help us lead the way, one step ahead of our competitors.
