Tenaris's
Global Trainee Program offers a great opportunity to recent university
graduates to begin their career with a global leader in the tubular
products and associated services arena.
Our organization has a well established culture of investing in
fresh talent; a statement confirmed by the vast majority of our
current senior managers who began their professional careers with
us.
This training and development initiative aims to challenge you
to handle actual responsibilities while getting specialized and
cross-functional training during your first two years. A well
structured follow-up and feedback framework will ensure you get
the necessary guidance at the earlier steps of you career.

According to their backgrounds, skills and interests Global Trainees
are assigned to real jobs, with real bosses and real goals: a
demanding and challenging workplace is guaranteed.
We make
a special effort to balance our need for specialization (this
is the career point when employees gain professional depth) with
our single company concept (regardless of job descriptions and
geographies we're all part of the same company). A core cluster
of training programs is provided to all Global Trainees to support
them while a diverse set of specific learning experiences is designed
for each of the captioned job families.
We recruit
degree holders from many academic backgrounds, but we are particularly
interested in those passionate about technology and innovation,
and quality and efficiency, since these are the features that
help us lead the way, one step ahead of our competitors.
Many of our employees receive language training but candidates
proficent in English will have a significant advantage in the
selection process.
We at
Tenaris believe that compensation should be competitive with the
market and consistent with your achievements. Youll be eligible
therefore for a review during the program connected to your performance.
No guarantees, though!
