For Madison O'Neal, Hot Rolling Mill Operations Specialist at Tenaris in Bay City, Texas, growth has never been about big leaps. "It's been a big shift, but it didn't happen overnight. It's been little by little," she says of the last five years. In that time, she has gone from Global Trainee to Analyst, Senior Analyst and now Specialist, leading a team of 37 people on the line she first walked onto as a summer intern in 2018.
The equipment began operations in Vaca Muerta at Tecpetrol’s Los Toldos II Este field, where it will provide hydraulic fracturing services over the next 18 months.
Claudio Franchi first came across a Tenaris job posting in 2010. He was a 24-year-old engineering student in northern Italy with a fairly conventional plan for his future.
