Steel Grades and Dimensional Range
For HPI applications, Tenaris supplies tubes in carbon, low-alloy and high-alloy steels in a wide dimensional range with an outer diameter ranging from 25 mm to 711 mm and wall thicknesses from 2.4 mm to 60 mm.
Certified Quality
Our products offer a superior and reliable performance. They are manufactured according to different international standards such as API, ASTM, EN, DIN, GOST, GB, NACE, EFC and others, or are produced on the basis of customer specifications for demanding environments where high pressures, high temperatures and corrosive fluids are present.
In addition, Tenaris's fully-equipped laboratories provide all the technical support required to perform metallurgical, mechanical and corrosion tests. This facilitates additional product testing to comply with the most stringent specifications and customer requirements.
Applications
Tenaris is able to supply the full range of tubular products in different steel grades (from Carbon to P9) to support large and complex HPI projects worldwide ensuring a high project performance even for processes subject to extreme temperatures, pressures and corrosive environment.
