From the moment an order is placed we provide customers with their own Tenaris Project Manager.

	The Tenaris Project Manager acts as a single, proactive communication channel and information source throughout the duration of the project
	Once Tenaris has sub-contracted the additional tubular accessories & services required, the Project Manager manages that entire supply chain
	The Project Manager resolves any issues that may occur, whether they be of a sales, manufacturing, contractual or technical nature, and regularly contacts the customer with updates and status reports
	The Project Manager is supported by two Tenaris On-line project management tools: The Project Center & TenarisTracking
	The Project Manager holds a holistic view of the project and so is empowered to take the necessary decisions to keep the project running to schedule

The Tenaris Project Manager works for the customer guaranteeing the delivery of the entire package on time and according to specification.
