This training program is aimed at employees in their first supervisory position. Its purpose is to provide practical tools to allow participants to rapidly acquire accountability for their jobs and team. During the two-week course, participants receive training from Tenaris top Management and external experts in managerial skills. The three principal areas covered are: people management skills, business insights and managerial skills such as decision making, execution, and management control. It is held at the TenarisUniversity Campus in Campana, Argentina and provides participants exclusive opportunities to interact directly with senior and top management and to take advantage of networking opportunities with a diverse mix of employees.
