Industrial School

The Industrial School provides the training required for Tenaris employees to remain at the forefront of the industry’s evolution. Its curricula span the breadth of industrial processes and production in Tenaris.

They include specific curricula for each process like: steel making, hot rolling, and heat treatment, with a tailored approach for our professionals and Shift Leaders. Areas such as Quality, Maintenance, Engineering and Health, Safety and Environment each have their own curriculum as well. They also cover areas dedicated to the development of Tenaris products such as Product Engineering and Research and Development.

The School is also responsible for the development of special training programs for the industrial population, like Maintenance Engineers and Plant Managers. It also maintains a special relationship with key organizations and academics in fields related to metallurgy and industrial topics.
