More than 400 tons of Tenaris pipes now form part of the infrastructure of the new Felipe Carrillo Puerto International Airport in Tulum, Quintana Roo, Mexico.
“Guaranteeing the controlled and safe transport of CO2 from its source and to the point of injection is undoubtedly a key factor in the development of carbon capture, utilization and storage (CCUS) solutions and its success will have a significant impact on the entire industry,” said Tenaris Commercial VP Shellie Clark, during the Subsurface Risk and Uncertainty across Injection, Storage and Monitoring Phases panel at Carbon Capture Canada 2023.
Tenaris has acquired Republic Tube LLC’s pipe processing facility in Houston, Texas, including land, buildings, and equipment.
Tenaris will be exhibiting at the Argentina Oil & Gas 2022 Expo, the main oil and gas trade show in the region, held September 11-14 in Buenos Aires. Through a digital and immersive experience, the booth will feature the latest solutions and projects developed by Tenaris and sister companies, Tecpetrol and Techint Engineering and Construction.
Tenaris has been selected by Equinor, in name of the BM-C-33 consortium, to supply 83,000 tons of 22 and 24 high-grade welded line pipe, tubular accessories, and services for the gas export line of the BMC-33 block, operated by Equinor as part of a consortium with Repsol Sinopec and Petrobras.
Tenaris will showcase its over 30-year presence in the UK North Sea at Offshore Europe, September 5 – 8.
