The iconic Pittsburgh amusement park, Kennywood, once again opens its doors this year to Tenaris’s employees and their families to enjoy early rides, tasty food, great music, and to make memories with your colleagues and families.

How do I sign-up / RSVP?

Sign-up / RSVP for the event via the QR code e-mailed on 8/21/26, OR by using the QR code featured on the flyers/screens around the facilities. Contact your local HR if you need assistance

How many guests can an employee bring?

Up to 5 guests per employee may attend; we ask that you please bring either immediate family or those living in your household. Confirm guests during the sign-up/RSVP process. If you need more than 5 guest tickets, please contact your local HR team

Is there a deadline for sign-ups?

You must sign up / RSVP by September 4, 2026

How will I receive my tickets/wristbands?

Once you have RSVP’d, tickets can be acquired by:

Picking up at the Kennywood entrance

Tenaris will have a table at the main gates to check in until 12:00pm

After 12pm, tickets can be picked up at the will call building located to the right as you enter first entry gate.

What do the tickets/wristbands provide for us?

Your tickets & wristbands provide you with early-admission AND full-day admission to Kennywood; along with access to our Tenaris Fest activities at Pavilion 5. Early admission to the park begins at 11:00am; but you may arrive at any time after that

Tenaris guests receive exclusive access to experience the park before it is open to the public

Please plan to be at the pavilion and seated by 12:15pm for our opening speakers.Following the Company announcements, lunch and refreshments will be available beginning at 1:30pm (Served until 4pm) in Pavilion 5. The raffle prizes will be called starting at 2:30pm in Pavilion 5

You MUST be present to win!

Tenaris guests can stay for a full day at Kennywood after our event ends around 4:00pm

Where can we park vehicles?

Tenaris guests may park for free at any of Kennywood’s free parking lots; follow road signs on-site for “FREE PARKING”. There are also paid parking lots available for those who wish to use them (cash only)

Where is Pavilion 5 in the park?

Pavilion 5 is located near the entrance tunnel towards the front of the park. Access pavilion 5 via the walkway between the Skyrocket roller coaster and the Old Mill ride

What activities will be provided by Tenaris?

Tenaris has arranged for lunch, face painting, caricature art, balloon art, and character visits to take place at our pavilion, along with an exciting prize raffle.

What is Kennywood’s Bag Policy?

Phantom Fall Fest season runs from September 12 – November 1, 2026. Only small bags (max 8” x 5” x 2”) are permitted during this timeframe.
