When Felipe Cadena joined Tenaris as a Global Trainee in 2017, shortly after graduating as a petroleum engineer in Colombia, he was looking for an opportunity to better understand the industry beyond the classroom and the wellsite. After gaining experience in Colombia, Argentina, and now Guyana, Cadena explains that much of his career growth stems from his willingness to say yes to a new challenge.
