In 2026, our Roberto Rocca Scholarships celebrate 50 years. This program supports high school and university students who stand out for their academic performance and commitment to their studies. It is run by Tenaris and its sister companies in the Techint Group, and it has awarded more than 45,000 scholarships in 23 countries. Its goal is to help young people in the communities where these companies operate continue their education.
Tenaris hosted a Geothermal Workshop in Dalmine, Italy, on Oct. 7, bringing together customers, technology partners, industry experts, and representatives from Tenaris’s technical sales, R&D, product engineering and commercial teams, driving collaboration across the geothermal value chain. Participants from ten countries across Europe, Asia, North and South America gathered to discuss the opportunities and challenges shaping the future of the geothermal sector.
Tenaris will participate in the Hydrogen Technology Expo, taking place in Hamburg, Germany, on October 20–22. At booth 6M54, hall 6, the company will showcase THera®, its portfolio of high-pressure solutions for hydrogen storage and transportation.
The energy sector gathers once again at Patagonia Oil & Gas 2026, one of the leading oil and gas events in Latin America, taking place in Neuquén, Argentina. Tenaris will be present alongside Tecpetrol, Techint Engineering & Construction and Ternium – sister companies of the Techint Group- from October 19-22 at Espacio DUAM.
Abu Dhabi Youth Council, a government body that empowers young Emiratis to engage in leadership and public policy, collaborated with Tenaris as part of its Summer Camp Program, alongside the Federal Youth Authority, Mawahib under the Department of Government Enablement (DGE), and In-Country Value (ICV) team. The initiative highlighted how advanced manufacturing, local investment, and long-term partnerships are helping shape the UAE's industrial future and create opportunities for local talent.
When Frank Qiu joined Tenaris in China as a Global Trainee in 2017, he made himself a promise: he would not stay in the comfort zone and he would always be willing to take on something new. Almost a decade later, that rule has taken him through process technology, production management and, today, the role of Quality Manager at Tenaris in China.
