Tenaris is showcasing its comprehensive range of products and services at the Congreso Mexicano del Petróleo (CMP) on June 7-10 in the city of Campeche and will be presenting two technical papers during the XVII edition of this annual expo and conference that has become the largest event for the energy industry in Mexico.
Stop by the Sala Escárcega at 5:30pm on June 9th to hear David Hernández Morales, Tenaris Technical Sales Manager in Villahermosa, present a new casing design for deep wells that eliminates the need for hydraulic expansion, saving both time and money.
Luis Castro, Tenaris Process and Mechanical Solutions Engineer, will talk about the numerical evaluation of the resistance of slotted pipes subjected to axial loads, an experimental validation using the digital image correlation (DIC) technique. This paper builds on the technical work about torsion loads on slotted pipes presented last year at the CMP. The presentation will take place at 5:30pm on June 9th at the Sala Calakmul.
At booth #313 our commercial representatives and technical experts from the Technical Sales team and the Tamsa R&D center will be sharing information about our unique portfolio of products and services for the most demanding energy projects.
“This expo is the perfect setting to present our latest technical solutions to the most important players in the Mexican energy market. It’s a great opportunity to network and to continue building the oil and gas technical community,” said Fernando Cadena, Tenaris Commercial Senior Director in Mexico.
