bp and Tenaris have signed a four-year agreement for the supply of casing and tubing, including 13Cr steel grade tubulars, along with technical support and field services for the Tangguh UCC project in Papua Barat, Indonesia.
The Tangguh UCC Project, which comprises the Ubadari gas field development, enhanced gas recovery through carbon capture, utilization and storage (CCUS) and onshore compression, expands and utilizes existing infrastructure at the Tangguh LNG facility in Papua Barat.
The project has been designated a national strategic project by the Indonesian government.
