Tenaris has announced the appointment of Ms. Alicia Mondolo as the new Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of the company effective August 5, 2019.
Ms. Mondolo has more than 30 years of experience in Accounting and Reporting, Audit and Finance. From 2010 to 2016, she served as Chief Audit Executive of Tenaris. Previously, she served as Financial Officer of several Tenaris affiliated companies in Latin America.
Ms. Mondolo will replace Mr. Edgardo Carlos, current CFO, who has resigned in order to pursue other opportunities.
