On March 6-8, Tenaris will be exhibiting at the IADC/SPE Drilling Conference and Exhibition at the Fort Worth Convention Center in Fort Worth, Texas. At booth #904, technical experts will be available to discuss Tenaris’s product and service offering for US onshore operations, including Rig Direct®.
Rig Direct® is a service model that integrates the supply of pipes and accessories from the mill to the rig, leveraging a single QHSE management system. It includes Technical Consulting Services, Pipe Management Services and Field Services.
An integral part of the model, Tenaris has built a 1.8 billion USD seamless mill in Bay City, Texas. The mill is strategically located to enhance supply chain service by providing high quality products quickly to customers’ operations in US shale plays. The mill was inaugurated on December 11 before local, state and federal representatives, including U.S. Department of Energy Secretary Rick Perry and Texas Governor Greg Abbott.
