Tenaris will highlight its vertically integrated industrial network in the United States, along with innovative services for safer and faster operations at this year’s Offshore Technology Conference (OTC), May 1-4, at booth #3126.
From 2006 to the present Tenaris has invested nearly 11B USD to build a vertically integrated US manufacturing network that spans from Pennsylvania to Texas and beyond. With Rig Direct®, Tenaris’s mill to well direct service model, Tenaris partners with oil and gas customers throughout their drilling projects, serving customers throughout North America and worldwide.
A new feature at this year’s show, Tenaris will participate in the OTC Energy Insights livestream presenting Rig Direct ® solutions, including RunReady™. With RunReady™, pipes are delivered ready to run in the well, saving time and money. Together with RunReady™, customers can call on Tenaris’s digital suite of tools -Rig Direct® Portal and Pipe Tracer®- allowing them to manage inventory and rig returns at one click and access technical specifications and running guidelines. Afif Najjar, vice president Supply Chain Services, will lead a talk about RunReady™ at 9:50am on Tuesday, May 2.
For the offshore segment, Tenaris will display its services for the Red Zone. With multiple people working in a small space surrounded by heavy equipment, the red zone on the offshore drill floor has always been considered a high-risk area that poses big safety challenges, industry wide. In response to this need, Tenaris has developed a package of technologies and services that, together, substantially reduce manual operations in the red zone, improving the overall safety and efficiency of rig operations. Technical presentations will take place in the booth to demonstrate the value of the Red Zone solutions and RunReady™.
Tenaris will also be presenting an integrated service package for offshore/complex line pipe projects, One Line™. With One Line™ Tenaris manages a complete package of services from the design phase to execution, optimizing efficiencies across the project supply chain.
Finally, Tenaris will share its process innovation and product solutions for the energy transition, including updates on the wind farm currently under construction.
