At the beginning of June, representatives from PETRONAS Canada (Petronas) became the first customers to visit Tenaris’s Fort St. John Service Centre since opening at the end of 2025.
Tenaris recently hosted a Drilling and Completion Technical Workshop in Baku, Azerbaijan, bringing together representatives from major oil companies, EPC contractors, and service providers in the Caspian area.
Tenaris announced today that operations have started at its new service center in Suriname, built to support the GranMorgu project, the country’s first major offshore development, operated by TotalEnergies, with APA Corporation and Staatsolie Maatschappij Suriname N.V. as partners. Located in Paramaribo, the center will provide integrated services for offshore operations, reinforcing Tenaris’s commitment to the development of Suriname’s energy sector.
As lateral lengths in unconventional wells continue to increase and drilling schedules become tighter, operators face growing challenges in running production casing to the bottom of the well. To address these challenges, Tenaris technical teams published and presented a technical paper at the Society of Petroleum Engineers (SPE)/IADC Drilling Conference in March 2026, outlining best practices.
Tenaris will participate in the Mexican Petroleum Congress (CMP) 2026 in Veracruz, Mexico, one of the most important technical forums for the oil and gas industry in Latin America.
