Energía Argentina and Tenaris have signed an agreement for the supply of welded pipes for the construction of the Presidente Nestor Kirchner Gas Pipeline (GPNK) in Argentina. Tenaris’s mill in Valentín Alsina, Buenos Aires, Argentina, will start operations to supply welded pipes for the GPNK, generating investments, employment, and an impact on the value chain.
Tenaris recently participated in the Society of Petroleum Engineers (SPE) Lagos Section’s Annual Technical Symposium and Exhibition, themed “Energy transition in Africa: a strategic pathway to net-zero,” presenting to stakeholders of the energy sector its expertise and solutions portfolio to contribute to the energy transition.

Innovation at the service of inclusion. Tenaris brought to life a hydroponic greenhouse built by final year students in Argentina that participate in its Technical Gene educational program. The greenhouse is now fully operational with young people with disabilities, managed by NGO Casa Esperanza, on staff to help with the facility’s activities.
