Abu Dhabi Youth Council, a government body that empowers young Emiratis to engage in leadership and public policy, collaborated with Tenaris as part of its Summer Camp Program, alongside the Federal Youth Authority, Mawahib under the Department of Government Enablement (DGE), and In-Country Value (ICV) team. The initiative highlighted how advanced manufacturing, local investment, and long-term partnerships are helping shape the UAE's industrial future and create opportunities for local talent.
“As members of the Abu Dhabi Youth Council, we believe empowering youth begins with connecting them to the UAE’s industrial success. By understanding In-Country Value and resilient supply chains, young people are inspired to become future entrepreneurs, innovators, and leaders driving the nation’s sustainable economic growth," said Fatima Al Suwaidi, Project leader and a member of Abu Dhabi Youth Council.

Today, the site is home to the UAE's first industrial complex for premium OCTG threading, combining advanced manufacturing, digital technologies, a dedicated training center and integrated services to support the country's energy industry while creating local value. Participants also toured the facility, gaining insight into its automated operations, safety culture, and advanced production processes.
