Tenaris will once again be exhibiting at ADIPEC (Abu Dhabi International Petroleum Exhibition and Conference), from November 11-14 at Booth 4210 – Hall 4, showing our recent investments in the region, which have expanded our footprint and grown our team to over 1,000 employees in the Middle East and North Africa (MENA). This is the ninth consecutive year that Tenaris has participated in the important Middle Eastern oil and gas conference.
On show will be our full offer of tubular products and services that have been supporting our customers in the Middle East with their most challenging operations.
Following our investment in Saudi Arabia, we added TenarisSaudiSteelPipes - a welded steel pipes manufacturer - to our industrial system. This expanded our offer to include welded steel pipes for oil and gas, line pipe and industrial applications, in addition to coating and bending, provided from the Kingdom.

Our Rig Direct® service model allows us to provide our high quality products from our facilities directly to our customers’ rigs, helping them achieve safer, more efficient operations while reducing costs. Our pipe management services mean customers receive the pipe they need when and where they need it and, through rig returns management, we allow customers to consume and pay only for the pipes they have used. Also, with our Run Ready service, pipes arrive to customers ready to be installed in the well.
The adoption of Rig Direct® has been growing in the Middle East. In Egypt, Tenaris invested in revamping its Alexandria service center to deliver its first Rig Direct® contract in the country. In Abu Dhabi, after the award of a long-term agreement with ADNOC, Tenaris will further expand its service center, which opened in 2016, to provide stronger support to its customer. The new industrial complex in Abu Dhabi will be up and running by 2022 and will provide direct and indirect job opportunities locally, in line with ADNOC’s In-Country Value Program.
