Tenaris has launched the revamp of its digital marketplace for customers in Argentina to streamline the purchase of goods and related administrative processes.
The digital marketplace allows customers to easily access information on Tenaris products and pricing, place orders and track the status of an order, identifying where in the manufacturing and/or dispatch phase their order is in, and receive automatic updates via email. The platform also allows for direct communication between customer and Tenaris to efficiently respond to specific needs or queries.

"Our marketplace incorporates technologies and features that improve the performance for ease of customer use, adds an updated look to the tool, and also provides us with insights via analystics on how customers are using the platform so that we can integrate further enhancements, as needed,” explains Verónica Velázquez, Business Coordination Senior Manager in Tenaris.
Another key feature of the digital marketplace is the possibility of holding auctions and offers of surplus stocks. This project is one of the most innovative ones within the marketplace ecosystem of Tenaris, currently used in Mexico and Colombia, and soon to be inaugurated in Italy, Saudi Arabia and Canada.
