Tenaris recently launched an updated version of PipeTracer®, a unique pipe identification mobile application. The latest version includes a more intuitive design that introduces new features and capabilities to optimize the user experience.
Tenaris’s facility in Dalmine, Italy, has recently completed an important investment of over $20 million euros to expand the range of its medium-size rolling mill in order to produce larger diameters, from 16” to 18 5/8” (473 mm), reducing its carbon footprint with a more streamlined manufacturing process.
Tenaris was recently awarded a contract by QatarEnergy (represented by its agent Qatargas Operating Company Limited) to supply a complete package of seamless line pipes and bends for the North Field East (“NFE”) Project.
With more than six million meters of pipes delivered for geothermal projects since 2016 and throughout the last years, Tenaris has been increasing its focus on geothermal applications, partnering in geothermal activities for power production as well as for direct use and thermal spa.
